1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the site work, remember preferences, or — only with your consent — measure traffic and ad performance.

This Policy explains how AX Creativ S.R.L. (the Karmn brand) uses cookies and similar technologies on karmn.services, and on demo.karmn.services and app.karmn.services where applicable. It complements the Privacy Policy.

3. Types of cookies we use

We classify cookies as follows:

• Essential — required for security, session, and storing your cookie choice; no consent required.
• Functional — remember preferences (language, currency); on the landing they rely on consent.
• Analytics — Google Analytics, only after "Accept".
• Marketing — Meta Pixel, only after "Accept".

4. Cookies on the landing (karmn.services)

Cookie list:

• locale — site language (RO / EN / RU); up to 1 year; functional.
• currency — pricing currency (EUR / MDL / RON); up to 1 year; functional.
• cookie_consent — choice (accepted / essential only); up to 1 year; essential.
• laravel_session — session and form security; until browser close or session expiry; essential.
• XSRF-TOKEN — CSRF protection; until browser close; essential.
• _ga, _ga_* — Google Analytics; up to 2 years; analytics (after consent only).
• _fbp, _fbc — Meta Pixel (Facebook); up to 3 months (_fbp) / up to 90 days (_fbc); marketing/analytics (after consent only).

Google Analytics and Meta Pixel load only after you choose "Accept". "Essential only" does not load them.

5. Demo and application

On demo.karmn.services and app.karmn.services we mainly use essential cookies / session storage for login, security, and product operation. Any additional analytics or marketing cookies will be disclosed in the UI and enabled only with consent where required by law.

6. Legal basis

Essential cookies: legitimate interest / technical necessity to provide the requested service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, as applicable).

Functional, analytics, and marketing cookies on the landing: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), withdrawable anytime via the cookie banner ("Cookie settings" in the footer) or browser settings.

7. How to manage preferences

On the landing: use the cookie banner or the "Cookie settings" footer link to accept or keep essential cookies only.

In the browser: you can delete or block cookies; disabling essential ones may limit forms, language, or login.
